How do I cancel my application?
The following FAQ does not apply to the secured personal loan product through Avant. Please click here to contact us for inquiries related to the secured personal loan product.
If you have not yet received a decision email, you are free to cancel your loan application any time by either sending us an email ( firstname.lastname@example.org) or calling us at 1-800-712-5407.
You can resume your loan application by re-signing your agreement, within 30 days of the date your application was submitted. Just login to your account at avant.com using your email address and password. If more than 30 days has lapsed since the start of the initial application, we will need to perform a fresh credit inquiry and begin the process again.
If your loan has already been funded and you would like to return the funds, you can do so at any time with no prepayment penalties by scheduling a full payoff on your dashboard. Please be aware you will be responsible for interest that accrues on the outstanding principal balance as of the funding date listed on your loan agreement.
