What does the verification process entail?

During the application verification process, we may need to assess and verify the information that you provided, including identity, employment, income and bank account details.
All applicants must undergo an identity verification. The easiest way to do this is via electronic knowledge-based authentication (KBA), where you will be asked a series of questions that only you should be able to answer. This type of verification is a standard part of the application process.
In addition, you may need to provide confirmation of additional details, such as your income and banking information before your loan application can be approved. This process is conducted by our Originations team, who will reach out to you directly if anything is required from you.
