What are the requirements for the documents I submit?
All bank statements submitted to us must be for the bank account on file, and must be the complete document, with all pages, even if some pages are blank. The statement must display the name of your financial institution, your full account number, your name, address, and the name of any other listed account holders. The end-date of the statement must be within 30 days of the date of submission.
In order for us to verify your income using pay stubs, you must submit your most recent pay stubs, dated within 30 days of the application date.
If you are paid bi-weekly or twice-monthly, this will be two pay stubs, if you are paid weekly, this will mean we require four pay stubs, and if you are paid monthly, only one will be required.
The submitted pay stub must be complete and the full document must be clearly legible. The name of your employer, your name, the pay date, and your deductions (social security, federal income tax, etc.) must be displayed, along with the net pay for the check. We may also require you to submit a bank statement along with your pay stubs to supplement the information provided.
