How do I submit supporting documentation?

How will I know if I need to submit documentation?
If documentation is required, you will be notified on your dashboard, at avant.com. In addition, we will contact you directly to let you know.
How do I submit or upload documents?
Please login to your Avant account on our website and select "Questions" in the top right hand corner. You will be offered several options for uploading and submitting multiple documents. You can also email your documents to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax them to (866)-625-0930.
How will I know if my documents have been received?
Once your documents are received and uploaded to your account, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. The confirmation email will only be sent if the documents have been successfully attached to your account.
We attempt to process all documents as soon as we receive them. If we are unable to locate the documents, or if anything further is needed, we will reach out to you directly within 24 hours.
