How do I update the bank account on file (before funding)?
The bank account you listed on your loan application is the one from which we will withdraw the contracted repayment installments. You can request to update this bank account by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to include an image (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF) of a voided check for the updated account. Alternatively, you may send us a copy of your most recent bank statement.
If you are requesting to update your bank account prior to loan issuance, be aware that it may be necessary for the account we have on file to be the one into which your receive the majority of your income.
