How do I update my phone number and address?

To update your address or phone number through the dashboard:

1. Log in to your account. You’ll verify your identity with a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to your email, followed by a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to a phone number on file, or, if you’ve set up a passkey, you can log in with that instead.
2. Then, click on the profile icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. You will be redirected to the “ Profile” page, where you can view and manage your personal information, including your address and phone number.
4. Click on the information you wish to update. You will be redirected to the update workflow, where you must authenticate using a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to access the update form for phone or address.
5. Follow the steps to complete your update.
6. Click the “Continue” button to be redirected back to your dashboard after making your changes.
