How do I cancel my application?

If you have not yet received a decision email, you are free to cancel your loan application any time by sending us an email on the Contact Us page and selecting “Buy Now, Pay Later” as the product type. 

You can resume your loan application by re-signing your agreement, within 10 days of the date your application was submitted. If more than 10 days has lapsed since the start of the initial application, we will need to perform a fresh credit inquiry and begin the process again. 

If your loan has already been funded and you would like to return the funds, you can do so at any time with no prepayment penalties by scheduling a full payoff on your dashboard. Please be aware you will be responsible for interest that accrues on the outstanding principal balance as of the funding date listed on your loan agreement.
