What should I do if my card gets lost or stolen?

As soon as you’ve realized your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately lock your card using the Avant Banking app. You can do this by going to the main menu and then select card & app settings. Tap the toggle next to lock card. Doing this is crucial to prevent unauthorized transactions with your Avant Debit Card. 

To have a new card issued and to report any unauthorized transactions, please contact us and one of our customer support agents will be happy to assist you.
