What do I do if I don’t recognize a transaction on my account?

If you do not recognize a debit card transaction in your Avant Banking account, please immediately lock your card in the Avant Bank app. You can do this by going to the main menu and then select card & app settings. Tap the toggle next to lock card. If you don’t recognize other transactions in your account, please contact us immediately.
