I don't recognize a transaction on my AvantCard statement

In order to file a dispute, please contact an AvantCard customer specialist at 1-855-AVANTCARD. Please be ready to answer the following questions:

  • Do you have your AvantCard with you? 
  • Do you recognize the merchant or amount?
  • Merchant names may vary on the statement.
  • Have you let anyone use your card recently?
