Who is eligible under Avant's SCRA program?

If you fit any of the criteria below, you may be eligible for Avant's SCRA program.

  • You are active duty in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, National Guard, or Coast Guard, including reservists serving on active duty, as defined in Section 101(d)(1) of Title 10, United States Code.
  • You are a commissioned officer of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Public Health Service (PHS) on active service
  • You are a servicemember who is absent from active duty on account of sickness, wounds, leave, or other lawful cause.
