How do I view my AvantCard statements online? 

You can view your AvantCard statements online by either downloading and using the Avant mobile app or the customer dashboard website:

  • Mobile App - Login and navigate to “View Statements” under the “More Actions” menu.
  • Customer Dashboard -  Login to www.avant.com and click “Statements” on the right side of the screen. 

How can I opt into paperless statements? 

AvantCard customers can opt in to Paperless statements. These customers will be notified that electronic statements are available via email and will receive electronic versions of their statements at the end of each billing cycle. Additionally, statements are available on the Avant mobile app and online at www.avant.com - they can be viewed by logging in using your email address and password. Paperless preferences can be updated via the Avant mobile app or the customer dashboard.

How can I opt out of paperless statements? 

AvantCard customers can also opt out of Paperless statements. These customers will receive paper versions of their statements at the end of each billing cycle mailed to the address on file. Additionally, statements are available on the Avant mobile app and online at www.avant.com - they can be viewed by logging in using your email address and password. Paperless preferences can be updated via the Avant mobile app or the customer dashboard, or contact us at 855-752-7012.
