How do I obtain my cardmember agreement?

You can request a copy of your cardmember agreement from your Customer Dashboard. Once you log-in, navigate to My Account → Card Settings → Communication Preferences → Request Paper Copy. Once requested, a paper copy will be mailed to your address on file, and should arrive within 5 - 7 business days.
