What is the cutoff time for scheduling loan payments?

The cutoff time for scheduling or making changes to upcoming payments depends on your chosen payment method.
If you have chosen to make a payment via Automated Clearing House (ACH), you can add or edit the payment up to 5:30pm Central Time the business day before the payment is due.
If your chosen payment method is Remotely Created Check (RCC), you may edit upcoming payments up to 3:30pm Central Time the business day before the payment is due.
Payments via Credit Card don’t have a cutoff date, but need to be processed before close of business on your installment date. You can schedule a Credit or Debit Card payment at any time by calling our friendly customer support team at 1-800-712-5407.
You can also pay via Debit Card on your customer dashboard. Click the “Schedule a Payment” button in the top right of your dashboard, and then select Debit Card in the Select Payment Method dropdown. You can add or edit the payment on your dashboard up to 5:30pm Central Time the business day before the payment is due.
