Can I add an authorized user to my loan account?

If you would like to authorize a third party to speak on your behalf, receive information about your loan and help you manage your loan, feel free to give us a call on 1-800-712-5407. You may add one authorized user on your loan at a time, and we must receive verbal authorization from you, the customer, over the telephone. During this process, you will be asked to provide the full name, date of birth, and relationship you have with the individual you would like to authorize.
Please note, the authorized user must be over the age of 18, and the authorization will cease when the loan is paid off in full or when notify us to remove authorization.
